Jenna Trainor, PA-C
Jenna Trainor, PA-C, graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at Long Island University – Brooklyn in 2025. With a lifelong interest in medicine, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami in 2021, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Biology. She began her clinical career by obtaining her EMT certification in 2020, which led to her first hands on role as an Emergency Room Technician at Holtz Children’s Hospital. It was during this experience that her passion for orthopedics emerged.
Jenna went on to work at the Miami Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute, where she developed strong expertise in casting, splinting, and durable medical equipment (DME), playing an integral role in patient care within a fast paced orthopedic setting. She is deeply committed to providing patients with the highest level of evidence based, patient centered care and is thrilled to do so alongside Dr. Thomas Youm.
She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is an active member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants.
Born and raised in Westchester, New York, Jenna currently resides in Manhattan. Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys staying active, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
